Cars and trucks: a fuel charge applies (the fuel charge already includes fuel). Our system calculates it automatically from the actual distance driven. Please refuel using the fuel card provided in the vehicle; you do not need to pay for fuel yourself.

Scooters: there is no fuel charge. Please refuel at your own cost and return the scooter with the same fuel level as at pickup.

You need to present your original National ID and original Taiwan driver’s license . (Health insurance cards and other secondary documents are not accepted.) For trucks, it depends on the model: a manual truck requires a manual-transmission license, while an automatic truck only requires an automatic-transmission license.

If you need to extend your rental, please contact us via LINE or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your rental period ends. The extension is confirmed only after we approve it and the extension fee is paid in full. If less than 24 hours remain, please contact us right away and we will check whether an extension is possible.

Foreign nationals must be at least 25 years old and have held a driver's license for at least 1 year, and must bring: the original driver's license from their home country, an International Driving Permit (IDP, printed paper copy required), a passport, and a credit card in their own name (the name must match the driver's license and passport; debit cards and other people's credit cards are not accepted). Holders of a full Hong Kong or Macau driver's license do not need an IDP, regardless of passport nationality. Foreign nationals holding a Taiwan driver's license or a residence permit must still meet the above requirements; a residence permit cannot replace a passport. When you return the car, the total ETC toll for the rental period is calculated and settled: at staffed stores you can pay in cash, or by credit card with an additional 10% handling fee; at unstaffed (self-service) stores, payment is by online credit card only and cash is not accepted on site.
If the rented vehicle travels on a freeway, a toll fee will be charged according to the explanation provided by the Ministry of Transportation's National Freeway Bureau, document number 1026011439. Customers (renters) will be charged based on the actual distance traveled.No discount mileage (including the 20 km discount and long-distance discount) will be applied. The toll fee will be calculated using a single rate (standard rate: NT$1.2 per kilometer), and the fee will be accumulated based on the listed price, which will be the toll fee that customers (renters) need to pay.

Taiwanese nationals: you must be at least 20 years old and have held a driver's license for at least 1 year. Foreign nationals: you must be at least 25 years old and have held a driver's license for at least 1 year.

Subscription vehicles are billed on a monthly basis, regardless of weekdays or weekends.

The subscription car order page will have a rental period option, showing the available durations. The corresponding rental period will appear based on the selected vehicle type.
